Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. All prices are quoted in USD.
Design Approval
Custom designs (invitations, favors, backdrops) include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Once designs are approved, changes are not guaranteed.
Rentals
Rental items remain the property of Event Stage Co. and its vendor partners. Clients are responsible for damages or losses to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests within 30 days of the event may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.
Photography
Event Stage Co. reserves the right to photograph completed events and installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
